1. Purpose

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the seasonal rental of the apartment located in Vielle-Saint-Girons and specify the obligations of the parties.

2. Booking and payment

• The reservation is validated after full payment of the stay.
• A bank imprint of €400 is taken as a deposit 4 days before the booking start date.
• All reservations imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Arrival and departure times

• Arrival: from 5pm. An SMS will be sent in case of early availability.
• Departure: the apartment must be vacated by 9:45 a.m. at the latest.

4. Apartment access

• Independent entry via a secure key box.
• The beeper for access to the private parking lot is provided in the apartment.

5. Equipment and Services Included

• Free Wi-Fi
• Connected TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., accessible via tenant accounts)
• SONOS speakers (Deezer, Spotify… accessible via tenant accounts)
• Bed linen provided for all sleeping arrangements

6. Conditions of Use of the Apartment

• • Cleaning: The tenant must leave the apartment in a clean condition:
    • Garbage emptied and deposited in outdoor containers.
    • Dishwasher emptied.
  • Pets not allowed.
  • No smoking or vaping in the apartment.

7. Security deposit

• A bank transfer of €400 is automatically made 4 days before arrival using the credit card used to make the reservation.
• This deposit is released within 48 hours of departure, subject to the absence of damage or non-compliance with cleaning conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: full refund less €31 platform fee.
• Cancellation within 21 days: no refund.

9. Liability and insurance

• The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and its equipment.
• We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover rental risks.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

• These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
• In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction will be that of Talio Location’s head office.
